CBT & Counseling
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a structured talking therapy used to treat a variety of mental disorders. It focuses on patterns between your thoughts, feelings, and behavior to target areas for change and is useful if you have specific problems or behaviors that you would like to improve. Counseling is a broader term that includes different types of talking therapy. It is known for providing a non-judgmental, open dialogue to explore your worldview and relationships to help you find solutions on your own.
